Every neighborhood table is organized into three columns:
Neighborhood: The community, subdivision, enclave or neighborhood included within this Lifestyle District.
District Proximity: How close homes are to the district's main center:
District Core— The walkable center for local dining, shopping, and community gathering.Non-District Core— The surrounding residential streets and neighborhoods that naturally visit and shop at the center.
Neighborhood Type: How the residential area is structured:
Official Neighborhood— Recognized city neighborhoods with defined boundaries and history.Residential Subdivision— Dedicated planned home communities and subdivisions.Apartment Community— Established residential and condominium communities.Residential Enclave— Distinct historic streetscapes, loft corridors, and residential pockets.
