District Registry & Getting Started
Check district availability, annual home sales, and mortgage purchase pools across Metro Atlanta.
Each Lifestyle District brings together defined neighborhoods, including historic and official neighborhoods, residential subdivisions, residential enclaves, and mortgageable homes within apartment communities. All sales and financing figures are estimates based on recorded county deed records. Open the city accordions below to review district status and explore local market volume.
District reservations are secured by Zelle® Business transfer timestamp.

How to Read the Registry Table
Every district table is organized into five columns:
Status: The live availability of the district.
Open— Available to claim now. Your reservation deposit places a hold by bank timestamp.Pending— A partner has placed a reservation hold; the district is in review or completing settlement.Allocated— Exclusively locked by an active partner for their 12-month term.
Resident Area: The broader area (like Eastside, Buckhead, or North Lawrenceville) grouping connected districts.
Lifestyle District: Your exclusive territory, grouping official neighborhoods, residential subdivisions, and homes within apartment communities. Click any district name to open its Neighborhood Registry in a new tab and view the complete neighborhood list.
Homes Sold: The estimated number of homes bought and sold in that district over the trailing 12 months, based on county deed records.
Mortgage Pool: The estimated annual home loan financing in that district. This baseline sets your transparent Year 1 fee.
Pricing, District Examples & Payment Terms
We believe pricing should reflect real neighborhood activity, not an arbitrary flat rate. For Year 1, your investment is set at exactly one basis point (0.01%) of the district’s estimated annual mortgage pool.
How the Mortgage Pool is Created:
To make sure you only pay for loans you can actually write, each district's mortgage pool is calculated as 68% of total annual home sales volume. This reflects a standard 80% Loan-to-Value (LTV) purchase mortgage and an 85% financed share, discounting 15% upfront for all-cash buyers and non-bankable transactions.
Annual Home Sales Volume × 68% = Estimated Mortgage Pool
To find your annual rate, take the Mortgage Pool and multiply it by 0.0001 (0.01%). Your $500 reservation deposit applies dollar-for-dollar toward your total:
Historic Downtown (Lawrenceville): $28,206,400 estimated pool × 0.0001 = $2,821/year (your balance is $2,321 after your $500 deposit)
Inman Park & Krog (Eastside): $37,264,000 estimated pool × 0.0001 = $3,726/year (your balance is $3,226 after your $500 deposit)
The Grove (Snellville): $97,692,200 estimated pool × 0.0001 = $9,769/year (your balance is $9,269 after your $500 deposit)
A Few Helpful Things to Know:
Your territory is protected year after year: When you reserve a district, you are the exclusive mortgage partner for a full 12 months. As an active partner, you always have the first choice to renew your territory each year before it can ever be offered to anyone else.
Flexible ways to pay: You can settle your balance in full with a standard bank wire (no added fees), or spread it out across four equal quarterly bank debits (which includes a one-time 25% billing setup fee).
Our 100% peace-of-mind guarantee: Your $500 deposit gives you immediate access to explore the Partner Center. Join us for the live 22-minute briefing—if it’s not the right fit, simply let us know by 1:00 PM EST for a full, prompt Zelle refund, or roll your credit into a 1-year Verified directory profile.
